About the Founder
My name is Irene, I am a yoga therapist and wellness practitioner based in Brooklyn, New York.

As a yoga therapist, my goal is to support and guide clients to implement a therapeutic plan in accordance with specific needs, goals, learning styles, based on life circumstances and settings aimed towards eudemonic well-being (IAYT).
A therapeutic plan is designed to combine body mind, and/or spirit through various assessments to alleviate suffering. Plans may consist of a combination of physical exercises (asanas), breathing techniques (pranayama), and forms of stages of meditation.
My offerings are crafted to be accessible and suitable for people of all experience levels. With compassion and caring guidance I create a welcoming space for all in person and for virtually via tele-health.
